The Ministry of Industry and Trade will help exporters promote products under the brand “Made in Russia” through trade missions

The Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade will use the entire arsenal that the ministry has, including the country’s trade missions abroad, to promote products under the Made in Russia brand. Vasily Osmakov, First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, spoke about this at SPIEF 2022.

If you become a member of the “family” of the Made in Russia umbrella brand, you are no longer on your own in the market, the country begins to promote you. I think it will be more efficient for exporters to choose specific branding for a particular market. Particularly in China, a country brand is likely to give them an advantage. We are ready and willing to use all the means of promotion that are in the arsenal of the Ministry of Industry and Trade: trade missions, business missions, exhibitions, conferences, pavilions abroad,

– said Vasily Osmakov, First Deputy Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, speaking at the Made in Russia live broadcast studio of the Russian Export Center (part of VEB.RF) at SPIEF-2022.

The Russian Export Center announced the relaunch of the Made in Russia program to support domestic exporters, so that as many companies as possible that produce quality products can join it. The first results of work with the Made in Russia brand will be summed up at the Made in Russia International Export Forum, which is organized by the Russian Export Center and will be held on October 20-22, 2022 in Moscow, at the Manege.
