The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia launched a “hot line” for prompt support of exporters

In recent days, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Russian Export Center JSC have received a large number of messages and calls with questions about how support for the NOE will be organized in the current situation. In this regard, it was decided to create a “hot line” so that Russian exporting companies have the opportunity to both report on emerging difficulties and ask questions about the mechanisms of state support and receive appropriate advice.

At the same time, a feedback form is available on the REC JSC website at: https://www.exportcenter.ru/interviews/, through which exporters can also report problems and receive assistance.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, together with the Russian Export Center JSC, has organized constant monitoring of the situation related to the supply of Russian industrial products to foreign markets.

In addition, all measures to support exporters, which are implemented within the framework of the national project “International Cooperation and Export”, are functioning as planned and in the volumes envisaged earlier. Also, at present, work is underway to adapt existing mechanisms and develop new ones.
