REC will continue to support and promote the Russian NOE

The Russian Export Center Group continues to provide services to support and promote Russian non-commodity non-energy exports, despite the restrictions introduced on February 22, 2022.

We have put together a set of tools that allow us to continue to provide the functionality that is intended for exporters. We were preparing for such a development of the situation. Exporters can count on us, as before.

All companies included in the Group – the Russian Export Center, ROSEXIMBANK and EXIAR – fully fulfill their obligations, count on a balanced and constructive position of their partners, including those abroad. Credit guarantee, insurance, non-financial and other support measures and products are fully available to interested exporters, and the expanded system and competences of the Group for working with national currencies make it possible to find the best ways to finance and secure foreign trade transactions.

We will direct all our efforts towards achieving the goals set by the Government of the Russian Federation within the framework of the National Project “International Cooperation and Export”, and we will achieve the growth of non-resource non-energy exports by 2030.
