REC will help exporters to apply for an extension of the terms of performance of obligations

On March 16, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 377 came into force, which changed the requirements for Russian exporting companies receiving state support under the International Cooperation and Export national project.

According to the resolution, exporters will be able to extend for two years the fulfillment of their obligations to supply products under state support agreements concluded before March 31, 2022. During this time, companies will not be required to return the funds received and will not impose fines.

In order to extend the deadlines for fulfilling your obligations under the state support received by companies, you must contact the relevant ministry.

For the convenience of exporters, the Russian Export Center has prepared a special form for submitting such an application.

Exporters just need to download the form, fill it out and send it to the relevant Ministry, which implements the state support program.
