In order to minimize the risks of contracting with an unfair supplier and as a consequence, in order to minimize the risks of improper performance of the contract, our specialists will assess the reliability of the supplier on the following criteria:

- checking the legal status of the partner company

- the absence of a partner company in the register of unscrupulous suppliers of the unified information system of the Russian Federation in the field of procurement

- finding a partner company in the process of liquidation or bankruptcy

- the absence of seizure of the property of the partner company necessary for the sign of the contract

- the absence of a court decision to suspend the economic activities of a partner company

- no debts from a partner company for taxes and levies

- the availability of all relevant documents from companies which permit the conduct of activities

- the availability of relevant experience, which is necessary for the execution of the contract

- reviewing the reputation of the partner company obtained from the various sources (mass media, customer references about provided goods and services of the partner company, state and non-governmental organizations)
