The procedure for confirming the production of products in Russia will be simplified

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin chaired a meeting of the Presidium of the Government Commission on Increasing the Stability of the Economy under Sanctions. During the meeting, measures were discussed to reduce the administrative burden on businesses.

During the meeting, Mikhail Mishustin spoke about the measures that the Government is taking under the sanctions to reduce the administrative burden on businesses. Thus, a Resolution was signed extending from one year to three years the validity of new conclusions confirming the production of industrial products in Russia.

“Those documents that are already in hand are being extended for another year,” the head of the Government specified.

In addition, the entire procedure for processing the relevant documents will be transferred to electronic format.

“Entrepreneurs, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of Industry and Trade will do this through the State Information System of Industry,” said Mikhail Mishustin.

Another decision of the Government is aimed at supporting those involved in the development of design documentation for components.

“For the current year, we will increase the limit of co-financing of such work from 80 to 100% through a subsidy provided by the Agency for Technological Development. Resources will be allocated in the form of grants up to 100 million rubles. This step will save developers time and effort in searching for extrabudgetary sources co-financing, which should have a positive impact on the pace of development and implementation of design ideas,” the Prime Minister noted.
