Amendments were made to Resolutions No. 311, 312 and 313

Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1174 of June 30, 2022 amended Resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 311, No. 312 and No. 313 of March 9, 2022.
Thus, goods previously temporarily imported into the Russian Federation can now be freely exported for international exhibitions (fairs) on the territory of Russia. In addition, allowances have been made in terms of machinery and equipment imported using a special customs procedure for international sporting events.
The changes also affected the lists of goods subject to export restrictions – a separate nomenclature of radio-electronic products was excluded from them.
Decree No. 313 introduces a ban on the export of waste and scrap metal ceramics to unfriendly countries.
